Low Carb Healthy Pancakes

These pancakes are made with a banana, egg, oats, and some Dry Roasted Unsalted Macadamia Nuts for added crunch.


  • Servings: 3
  1. Mash 1 banana.
  2. Add an egg and mix thoroughly together.
  3. Then add oats, combine.
  4. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add a heaping Tbsp of chopped macadamia nuts to the batter and cook pancakes immediately.
  6. Add butter or olive oil to a pan, add batter (silver dollar size is best).
  7. Cook 2-3 mins on medium heat.
  8. Flip when ready. Leave another 1-2 minutes.
  9. Serve


  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp oats*
  • 1 Tbsp chopped macadamia nuts

*use certified GF oats to make recipe gluten-free.
