- Servings: 3
- Mash 1 banana.
- Add an egg and mix thoroughly together.
- Then add oats, combine.
- Let rest for about 5 minutes.
- Add a heaping Tbsp of chopped macadamia nuts to the batter and cook pancakes immediately.
- Add butter or olive oil to a pan, add batter (silver dollar size is best).
- Cook 2-3 mins on medium heat.
- Flip when ready. Leave another 1-2 minutes.
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp oats*
- 1 Tbsp chopped macadamia nuts
