Hawaiian Espresso Martini


  1. Add the cocktail ingredients to a blender. For one or two servings, use a single-serve smoothie blender for ease. For more servings, use a standard size blender.
  2. Blend until a rich, creamy texture develops.
  3. Pour the cocktail into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with espresso beans and enjoy immediately.

Must be 21+. Please drink responsibly.

  • 1.5 oz coconut rum
  • 0.5 oz Kahlua
  • 1 scoop Kona Coffee Dairy-Free Macadamia Milk Ice Cream

Ingredient Note:

We love this cocktail best with an unsweetened, full-proof coconut rum (i.e., ~80 proof). Because there is already a sweetness in both Kahlua and in the Dairy-Free Macadamia Milk Ice Cream, we suggest avoiding a sweetened, low-proof coconut rum. Coconut vodka (~80 proof) is also a good option. Or, for a more classic espresso martini flavor profile, use standard vodka.
