Low Carb Healthy Pancakes


  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp oats
  • 1 Tbsp chopped nuts


• Mash 1 banana. Add an egg and mix thoroughly together. Then add oats, combine. Let rest for about 5 minutes. Add a heaping Tbsp of chopped macadamia nuts to the batter and cook pancakes immediately.
• Add butter or olive oil to a pan, add batter (silver dollar size is best).
• Cook 2-3 mins on medium heat. Flip when ready. Leave another 1-2 minutes.
• Serve
