We work hard to ship your orders as soon as possible, but delivery times may be longer than usual due to carriers experiencing delays.

Shipping

We ship to Hawaii and the continental United States including Alaska.

At this time, we're unable to ship to a PO BOX and APO/FPO/DPO.

All Mauna Loa orders are shipped from Hawaii with FedEx 2-Day. 

Hawaii Residents may elect to ship USPS Priority.

To ensure proper delivery, please make sure the shipping address is correct. Because we sell perishable products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Please note any returned/re-routed shipments due to incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges. 

Handling

All orders WITHOUT chocolate items are packed Monday-Friday from 9am-2:30pm Hawaii Standard Time (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and packed.
 
Orders WITHOUT chocolate items that are placed after 12pm Hawaii Standard Time will be packed and shipped the following business day.
 
We only ship orders WITH chocolate items from Monday-Wednesday to ensure product quality in the best possible condition. 

Please take care to bring any orders WITH chocolate indoors as soon as it arrives, especially during hot summer months. Keep away from direct heat and/or sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations including the refrigerator or freezer.

If an order WITH chocolate items is placed Wednesday after 12pm Hawaii Standard Time, the order will be packed and shipped the following Monday.
 
All orders WITH chocolate items are packed with a frozen gel pack and an insulated pouch.
