We’re working hard to get your order prepped, packed and delivered in a timely matter, but delivery times can be longer than expected due to carrier delays.

 Your order can be tracked by referencing the tracking number provided in your Order Confirmation email.

There are three ways to access your tracking number:

1. After you check-out, you may elect to track your order with Shop. A tracking number will also be available at that time.

2. When you receive your order confirmation, if you click on the link to see your order, you will be led back to the post-checkout page described above.

3. When you receive your shipping confirmation, you will be prompted to "Track Your Order". 

We truly appreciate your patience with us! We provide our best effort to ensure our orders are shipped with the utmost care, and fulfilled in a timely matter within 24-72 hours business days.

HOLIDAY SEASON

Please note that order processing time may be longer during the holiday season. Currently, we are estimating 5-7 days.

We ship all our orders on a first come first served basis and do our very best to get orders out ASAP! 

We currently accept:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and ELO. We also accept ApplePay, GooglePay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

When you place your order with us, we authorize (Pending charge) the amount through your method of payment.

Once your order ships out, the payment will be captured and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link for your order. 

Terms and conditions:
Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction. Additionally, if a reward is redeemed, points will only be earned on the purchase amount after the reward is applied. Points adjustments, or other promotional offers, will not be applied to orders placed outside the event dates.
