- Spread cream cheese filling over batter in pan - leaving a ½  - 1 inch border around batter edge.
- Spread cooled blueberry mixture over cream cheese filling
- Stir Mauna Loa Dry Roasted Chopped Macadamias into the reserved ½  cup flour mixture and sprinkle over top, especially covering the ½  - 1 border.
- Bake until top is golden brown, 30-40 minutes.(Cake should barely jiggle and you can also insert a toothpick into the edges so it comes out clean).
- A spring-form pan is ideal, but you may use a 9-inch cake pan or glass baking dish. (Be sure to lower heat to 325 °F if you use glass and increase baking time).
- This can be made gluten free by using gluten free flour or almond flower.
- House guests? Prepare the day before but assemble the morning with the cream cheese filling and blueberry topping at room temperature.
- We recommend using Greek yogurt due to its consistency. You may use low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt.
