In the wake of the devastating wildfires that have swept through Maui, our hearts go out to all those affected by this tragedy.
We extend our aloha to the first responders, volunteers, and organizations who are working tirelessly to contain the wildfires and provide assistance to those in need.

HHG Donates $10,000 to the Maui Strong Fund
The Maui Strong Fund by Hawaii Community Foundation is providing resources that can be deployed quickly to the communities affected by the wildfires. With this fund, the foundation is prioritizing nonprofit organizations that are supporting evolving needs, including shelter, food, financial assistance, and other services as identified by its partners doing critical work on Maui.
HHG Donates $10,000 to the Hawaii Red Cross
Since the fires began, the Red Cross and partners have provided more than 2,100 overnight shelter stays. In addition to providing evacuees with a safe place to stay, the Red Cross and partners are providing food and emotional support during this challenging time and are preparing to expand relief efforts if needed. Red Cross teams are also helping with damage assessment and distributing relief supplies.
HHG Donated $12,000 of Products to Maui Food Bank & First Responders
Maui Food Bank is the community’s primary safety net that provides hunger relief to those in need. Emergency first responders in Maui are working tirelessly to provide critical aid in the community. These frontline heroes have been working around the clock to contain the wildfires, evacuate people from danger zones, provide medical assistance, and coordinate vital relief efforts.
HHG Matches Up To a Total of $400,000 With Xander Schauffele for Hawaii Community Foundation
Demonstrating our commitment to the affected communities, the Schauffele Family Foundation and Hawaiian Host Group each have pledged to match donations to our Help Maui Rise fundraiser, dollar-for-dollar, up to $100,000 – resulting in a potential total contribution of over $400,000. If you have the opportunity to do so, feel free to make a donation via this link!
